She is a criminologist, trainer, author, and consultant on crime issues to national and international organizations with expertise in gender and sexual violence. He served in the United States Air Force for 22 years and has served as a field technician and technical adviser in a number of fields, including emergency equipment and radio communication. Currently, this expert serves as a technician and public works employee for a city in Washington where he is a radio technician and installer of emergency equipment for law enforcement and city vehicles.

This highly qualified expert has extensive experience in the field of law enforcement. He earned his ALB in government and environmental science and his ALM in government from Harvard University. He subsequently earned his JD from Gonzaga University. Prior to this, he graduated from the police staff and command school at Northwestern University. This expert actively participates in professional development and holds numerous certifications. Most notably, he is certified in firearm instruction, advanced search and seizure, and pursuit policy instruction. He is active in his field as a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association and has given multiple law enforcement-related lectures. He has formerly served as the executive director of the Nevada State Law Enforcement Officers' Association, sergeant of the Nevada Department of Public Safety, and officer IV of the Elko Police Department. Currently, he serves as the owner of a law enforcement training company in Washington and an adjunct professor for a college in Nevada.

This expert has 26 years of experience with the Oregon State Police and ample experience in teaching, human resources investigation, and public safety training. He received a BS in the administration of justice from Portland State University and a master's in education focusing on adult education from Oregon State University. Following those roles, he spent 26 years with the Oregon State Police, serving as a trooper, a senior trooper, and then a patrol sergeant. Outside of these jobs, he worked as a human resources investigator for the Local Government Personnel Institute and as an adjunct professor at Concordia University and Pacific University. He has extensive experience teaching about multiculturalism and cultural diversity and even designed the first cultural diversity courses and curricula for multiple academic programs. This expert is currently an adjunct professor in fire service administration at a university and in criminal justice at a community college, as well as the owner of a training and human resources consulting firm, all in Oregon.
