Oregon construction expert witnesses assess building practices across Portland’s dense urban development and the state’s seismic and wet-climate demands. They often come from general contracting, structural and geotechnical engineering, architecture, and scheduling and cost control. Many have experience with ODOT infrastructure and Pacific Northwest timber and concrete systems. They evaluate defects, code compliance, delays, change orders, and causation.
