This highly-qualified expert has over 30 years of experience in the field of risk management, specializing in retail risk assessment, enterprise risk management, retail safety and security management, claims management, liability, and property claim negotiation. He earned his BS from Eastern Kentucky University and has completed professional development courses in risk management services, casualty claims adjusting, and criminal interrogation and behavioral analysis. He is active in his field as a member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
