Bus safety expert witnesses analyze the design, operation, and maintenance of school, transit, and motor coaches to assess whether safety protocols were followed. They are often transportation engineers, fleet safety managers, or former regulators who evaluate driver training, route planning, vehicle condition, passenger protection systems, and compliance with federal and industry standards.
