New Jersey bicycle safety expert witnesses assess crash causation, roadway design, and rider behavior across the state’s dense corridor from Newark to the Jersey Shore. They often come from traffic engineering, human factors, law enforcement, and cycling safety program leadership. Many have experience with NJDOT standards and urban street redesigns. They evaluate visibility, signage, bike-lane compliance, helmet use, and vehicle-bicycle interactions.
