This highly qualified expert has been involved in the construction services industry for over 30 years. He is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker in North Carolina. He has previously led community engagement and business development efforts for Kellog Brown and Root’s commercial construction unit and has extensive experience in construction supply-chain operations and government / corporate diverse and small business inclusion programs. Additionally, he has worked as a director of two higher education business development programs focused on small business diversity. Currently, he is a consultant for and the former Vice President of Business Development and Community Affairs for a construction services company in North Carolina.

This expert has over 30 years of experience in the field of commercial banking. He has had extensive involvement in all facets of commercial, asset based, real estate and consumer lending as well as underwriting, credit analysis, credit risk review, portfolio management, due diligence and business refinancing. He completed his BA in commercial banking from Lousianna State University. This expert is a certified AIB instructor with specializations in analyzing financial statements and business financial analysis. He is also a certified RMA instructor in RMA financial statement analysis. He has published 8 articles and has given 12 presentations related to bankruptcy plan feasibility, cramdown interest rates, and working with lenders in distressed situations. Previously, he has held roles as a special assets officer at Hibernia National Bank, a business process analyst and manager of special assets at Wachovia Bank, and the principal of GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group. Currently, he serves as the managing director of a financial advisory firm and a health services company in GA.

This expert has been a property valuation and appraisal consultant since 1974. He has completed valuation and consulting assignments for federal, state and local governments and agencies, public and private companies, lending institutions, trust departments, and individuals. He is nationally recognized as an appraiser of large land tracts.

This highly qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry and his expertise includes real estate asset management, mortgage loan servicing, risk assessment and mitigation and relationship management. After receiving his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Georgia State University, this expert went on to be a Contract Administrator at the Federal Asset Disposition Association. He then worked as a Contract Specialist at Resolution Trust Corporation before becoming a Director at Kilburn-Young Asset Management Corp. From there, this expert worked as the Vice President of Portfolio Management at CapMark Services LP, where he was responsible for negotiation of servicing and asset management agreements, determination of scopes of work, deal implementation, oversight of complex borrower requests and managing a staff of real estate and portfolio management professionals. For the most recent 15 years, this expert worked as the Vice President and Head of Servicing at Voya Investment Management, where he was responsible for the servicing, administration, and surveillance of commercial real estate mortgage loan portfolios totaling $12+ billion. Currently, he provides consulting services to the commercial lending industry.
