He has completed valuation and consulting assignments for federal, state and local governments and agencies, public and private companies, lending institutions, trust departments, and individuals. He is nationally recognized as an appraiser of large land tracts.

This highly qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry and his expertise includes real estate asset management, mortgage loan servicing, risk assessment and mitigation and relationship management. After receiving his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Georgia State University, this expert went on to be a Contract Administrator at the Federal Asset Disposition Association. He then worked as a Contract Specialist at Resolution Trust Corporation before becoming a Director at Kilburn-Young Asset Management Corp. From there, this expert worked as the Vice President of Portfolio Management at CapMark Services LP, where he was responsible for negotiation of servicing and asset management agreements, determination of scopes of work, deal implementation, oversight of complex borrower requests and managing a staff of real estate and portfolio management professionals. For the most recent 15 years, this expert worked as the Vice President and Head of Servicing at Voya Investment Management, where he was responsible for the servicing, administration, and surveillance of commercial real estate mortgage loan portfolios totaling $12+ billion. This highly qualified expert has extensive experience in the field of real estate and property management. He earned his BA in political science from UCLA before beginning his career in real estate. He is a certified property manager and commercial investment member and holds his real estate sales license in California. He is active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the National Investment Center for Senior Housing, the Rental Housing Association, and the National Association of Realtors. He has formerly served as the vice president and director of marketing for VandenBerghe Properties, regional property manager of Porta Management Group, vice president of residential services for Ray Stone Incorporated, and regional vice president for Sunrise Management. Currently, this expert provides real estate services and consulting for a private consulting practice in Tennessee.

Having earned his BS in accounting and finance from Georgetown University, he served as a partner at KPMG for decades. He is a certified mortgage banker and public accountant with significant industry experience in real estate, consumer and commercial lending, fixed income markets, and securitization. Currently, he is the CEO of a real estate finance firm in Virginia.
