West Virginia train accident expert witnesses analyze derailments, grade-crossing collisions, and rail-worker injuries across the state’s coal-haul corridors and Appalachian terrain. They often come from railroad engineering, accident reconstruction, human factors, and occupational safety roles tied to regional freight operations. These experts assess track and signal conditions, crew actions, braking performance, and regulatory compliance.
