He has formerly served as the vice president and director of marketing for VandenBerghe Properties, regional property manager of Porta Management Group, vice president of residential services for Ray Stone Incorporated, and regional vice president for Sunrise Management. This expert is the Lead Land Use Attorney at the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic and Associate Professor of Law at a the top law school in West Virginia.
