Indiana thoracic surgery expert witnesses provide medical opinions on complex chest procedures and perioperative decision-making. Many are board-certified thoracic or cardiothoracic surgeons practicing at Indianapolis academic centers and regional hospital systems across the state. Their experience reflects Indiana’s referral patterns for lung cancer, trauma, and advanced airway disease. They commonly evaluate surgical indications, technique, complications, and postoperative standards of care.
