California spinal surgery expert witnesses are board-certified orthopedic spine surgeons and neurosurgeons who explain surgical decision-making, standards of care, and postoperative management. Many practice in California’s high-volume academic centers and integrated systems, where complex degenerative disease and trauma are common. They evaluate imaging, operative technique, instrumentation, complications, and causation of neurologic deficits.
