Louisiana roofing expert witnesses assess roof design, installation, and storm performance across residential and commercial properties. They often come from licensed roofing contractors, building envelope consultants, and civil or structural engineers with Gulf Coast wind and moisture expertise. In Louisiana’s hurricane and hail-prone climate, they apply local code and insurance-repair practices. They evaluate leak causation, wind uplift, material failure, workmanship, and repair scope.
