Connecticut respiratory failure expert witnesses are pulmonologists, critical care physicians, and respiratory therapists who assess ICU and emergency care for hypoxemic and hypercapnic crises. Many practice in Yale New Haven Health or Hartford HealthCare facilities, where ventilator management and sepsis-related respiratory failure are common. They evaluate airway management, ventilator settings, oxygenation monitoring, and standards of care.
