This expert is currently the lead Actuarial Consultant for a major actuarial firm. He has 38 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has worked extensively in most areas of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, mergers and acquisitions, self-insurance and captive insurance companies. He has advised extensively with many of the major insurance and reinsurance companies as well as large self-insured entities throughout North America in the areas of loss reserving, pricing and risk management. He had been a partner running actuarial practices at both Ernst & Young, where he ran the national P&C actuarial group and Coopers & Lybrand, where he ran the Northeast P&C Actuarial practice and the National Risk Management practice. He also has varied experience in actuarial functions at two major property & casualty insurance companies, running both personal lines (auto and homeowners) and commercial lines ratemaking and reserving units. He has published papers on mergers & acquisitions, product, pollution, asbestos, data mining, workers comp premium auditing, and and disaster recovery. He has also been a frequent speaker at actuarial conventions and programs. He worked on a variety of warranty actuary projects for large insurers and non-insurance companies with self insurance and risk management issues.

This expert has nearly 30 years of experience in data architecture, pre and post-incident attack reconciliation and AML auditing data. He is a senior AML security architect, cube designer, CISSP STIG auditor, Microsoft certified trainer, SQL SSAS Expert, CAMS+FCI Certified Anti-Money Laundering instructor and specializes in data security reconciliation and analysis. He is also an advisory board member for the Cybersecurity for Business program at a university in South Florida. He holds eight Microsoft certifications, two CAMS certifications and numerous other certifications and specialized training. Formerly he served as system and network administrator for the City of Coral Springs in Florida and TPI Restaurants, Inc. Currently, he serves as director and lead data-mining architect for an anti-money laundering security company in Florida.
