He's active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the Academy of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning. This expert is a licensed professional engineer in 16 states. He has formerly served as a project engineer, principal, and secretary/treasurer for Fanning, Fanning, & Associates. Some notable projects he has worked on with Fanning, Fanning, & Associates include the El Paso Medical Education Building at Texas Tech University and the USDA Cotton Classing Lab. He has experience with gas processing plants, regulator stations, compressor stations, and other facilities and has conducted numerous investigations and has testified about issues at these types of facilities.
