Idaho personal training expert witnesses assess trainer standards of care, exercise programming, and injury prevention. Many are certified strength and conditioning specialists, physical therapists, or sports medicine clinicians with experience in Boise-area health systems and university athletics. In Idaho’s outdoor-focused communities, they address conditioning for recreation and work demands. They evaluate causation, supervision, equipment safety, and return-to-activity plans.
