This expert is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer with over 30 years experience in civil and traffic engineering, land planning and project management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and is also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, The Urban Land Institute and The International Council of Shopping Centers.He is currently a Senior Associate of an engineering firm. He is responsible for supervising the preparation of traffic and parking studies as well as roadway improvement and traffic signal plans. He is also experienced in site development feasibility studies, zoning and subdivision regulations, environmental impact statements, site planning, sewage disposal systems, cost estimating and construction observation. He has provided traffic and parking consultant services for various community planning boards.

He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering and his M.S. in Transportation Planning from Polytechnic University (now NYU Tandon School of Engineering). He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California. Early in his career, the expert worked as a Transportation Planning Engineer for a private firm and then as the Director of the Traffic Engineering Division for the City of Yonkers. More recently, he was a Traffic Systems Manager and the Assistant New York Division Director of Operations for the New York State Thruway Authority. The expert is now independent and consults on legal cases for both plaintiffs and defendants involving the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of roadways and related facilities.

This qualified engineer obtained his BS in Civil and Structural Engineering and his MS in Management of Technology from Kennesaw State University and Southern Polytechnic State University. He is a certified Professional Engineer and is certified in OSHA requirements and engineering and surveying. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the National Academy of Forensic Engineers. He has 8 Publications and is currently a Structural Design and Forensic Engineer at an engineering firm in the southeast. This expert has over 35 years of experience in the field of bridge design and construction. He earned his BS at the Portuguese Military Academy, and a Graduate Engineering Diploma and MS in Structural Engineering at the University of Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa). He is certified as a Professional Civil Engineer, as an Expert Analyst in Finite Elements Methods, and as an Advanced Concrete Technologist. He has previously served as a Senior Regional Bridge Engineer for the SE of the US and South America while working for AECOM, Head of Structural Design for Consulgal, and has worked on a number of projects as a freelance Expert Consultant in Structural and Bridge design and construction. He currently serves as a Senior Supervising Engineer for an Engineering company ranked at the top 20 in the US, in their Irvine office in California.

This expert has over 40 years of experience in municipal traffic engineering, transportation planning, highway design, traffic system operations, right-of-way acquisition, and Intelligent Transportation Systems. He is a registered professional engineer in Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Florida and California. He has been certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer by the Transportation Professional Certification Board, Washington, D.C. He previously spent 14 years as the Transportation Director for the City of Troy, Michigan and 5 years as a Highway Engineer for the Federal Highway Administration. He currently chairs the Metro Detroit Incident Management Coordinating Committee. He is a Past-President of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Michigan and has been recognized as a traffic engineering expert in litigation involving traffic crashes.

This expert in traffic accident reconstruction has over 35 years of experience as a traffic and transportation engineer. He received his BS in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Belgrade, his MS in civil engineering from the University of Zagreb, and his PhD in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Zagreb. He has published four textbooks and over 60 professional publications on topics in transportation engineering. Formerly, he has served as a roadway specialist at the Tennessee Department of Transportation and a transportation planner at Gary Struthers Associates. This well-credentialed expert has over 40 years of experience in the floor covering industry. He is a certified walkway auditor and a licensed concrete moisture testing technician. He is active in his field as a member of the American Concrete Institute, the International Concrete Repair Institute, and the American Society for Testing and Materials. Formerly, this expert spent approximately twenty years either as a direct representative of a flooring manufacturer or in distribution, with positions in sales, sales management and as director of technical services. For the past twenty years, he has served as the owner of a floor covering analysis firm in Arkansas where he has performed concrete dryness and moisture vapor emission testing on thousands of concrete floor slabs from coast to coast.

This expert has 50 years of experience in the field of transportation engineering, focused on pavement design and construction for airports, seaports, and highways. He earned his BS in civil engineering from the City College of New York and licensed as a professional engineer in multiple states. As a consultant he has performed project management, pavement evaluation and design, and forensic studies for over 700 projects at approximately 200 airports throughout the United States and 22 locations internationally including major international airports such as JFK, Washington-Dulles, and Chicago O’Hare. Prior to his position as a consultant, he worked with the FAA as a project engineer and pavement engineer of the Eastern region, as well as the chief engineer of the Washington Airports District Office, where he was involved in the research and development program focused on airport pavements. Currently, he is the president of an engineering firm that works on large scale airport and highway construction throughout the world.

This expert has over 36 years of experience for the research, development, and performance of chemical admixtures for the concrete construction industry. He has a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from University of Massachusetts - Lowell and has authored 45 publications and 19 patents in the field of analysis and performance of concrete admixtures. This expert has over 27 years of professional engineering experience encompassing public agencies (Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), academia (California State University, National University) and industry with over 200 technical publications. He taught at California State University and at National University various in topics such as transportation and highway engineering, including geometric design standards, traffic engineering and safety hazards as well as statistics. He started his work at Caltrans in 1991 as a transportation engineer before transitioning to a senior transportation engineer (Branch Chief), then being promoted to a supervising transportation engineer (Office Chief), then to a Division Chief. He received his Ph.D. in civil engineering (Transportation/Pavement Engineering) from the University of Arkansas, and received his M.S. in civil engineering (Construction Engineering and Management) from San Jose State University, and B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.
