This expert received his DDS from Tehran Azad University and later completed another DDS program at the UCLA Professional Program for International Dentists. He went on to complete two internships in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Louisville and the Oral Surgical Institute followed by a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Louisville. He was previously a clinical lecturer of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Michigan and is currently an MD candidate at the University of Louisville.

He owned and operated his own general dentistry private practice for almost 15 years and has since been more heavily involved in academia. He is a former associate endodontist as well as a partner endodontist in Virginia and currently is the owner and endodontist at a private practice in Virginia.
