New York nursing home expert witnesses assess long-term care standards across the state’s dense network of skilled nursing facilities and hospital-affiliated rehab units. They often are geriatric RNs, nurse administrators, wound-care specialists, or infection-prevention leaders with experience in NYC and upstate systems. They evaluate staffing adequacy, fall prevention, pressure injuries, medication management, and regulatory compliance.
