With over 20 years of experience as both a psychiatrist and a medical consultant, this expert remains very active in the field of psychiatry through his position as an attending psychiatrist and his various volunteer activities. He is a recognized psychiatrist with a multitude of awards and professional appointments. Finally, he is a certified member of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with concentrations in Forensic, General, and Addiction Psychiatry.

This expert attended Auburn University to complete his BS in Rehabilitation Services, his MS in Rehabilitation Counseling, and his PhD in Rehabilitation Services. He is a ABC certified Prosthetist and Orthotist, and a certified Rehabilitation Counselor. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists, past board member Commission on Rehabilitation Education, and the National Council on Rehabilitation Education. At Alabama State University, this expert was an Program Coordinator, Assistant and Associate Professor of Rehabilitation Services, as well as the Program Director and Chair of the Prosthetics and Orthotics Masters Program. He developed the first masters program in prosthetics and orthotics at a Historical Black College and University. Recognized as one of America's Top Surgeons and America's Top Doctors for 5 consecutives years, he has done extensive research in neuro-oncology through grant support and clinical trials. He also serves on various editorial boards and as an ad hoc reviewer. Among other positions, he currently serves as Director of Neurosurgical Oncology and Professor of Neurosurgery at a major university medical center.

This expert gained her MD at St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy and completed her internship in pediatrics and residency in pediatric neurology at St. Petersburg Pediatric Clinic #33 and St. Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Education. She completed additional residencies in pediatrics and general and child neurology at SUNY Brooklyn and a fellowship in neurophysiology at Loyola University Medical Center.
