He earned his AS in computer science from the State University of New York at Cobleskill and is currently pursuing a BS in criminal justice at Columbia Southern University. He began his career as a police officer with the Glen Falls Police Department where, during his 9 years with the department, he trained members of police department in firearms, tasers, and conducting defensive tactics and reality-based training exercises. He then went on to serve as a police officer with the Warren County Sheriff's Office. Currently, this expert serves as a consultant and instructor at a tactical training organization in New York. Throughout his career in law enforcement, he has gained expertise in defensive tactics and law enforcement training and has qualifications as a firearms instructor, defensive tactics instructor, taser instructor, and chemical munitions instructor.

This highly qualified expert in police policy and procedures has over 25 years of experience. After earning his BA from Saint Francis College, this expert went on to finish two MA programs in criminal justice and police management from Columbia University Business School and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. This expert also earned his MPA at Harvard University and his JD from CUNY School of Law. He is certified in federal emergency management administration as well as emergency incident management for executives. Formerly, this expert has held roles as a police officer, lieutenant, commanding officer, and sergeant with the NYPD. Currently, he is the president of a police training publication company and a consultant and general counsel for a NY police procedure consultancy.

This subway operations expert served as a motorman/train operator for the New York City Transit Authority's subway system for almost 30 years. He is proficient in the operations of all facets of subways and SMEE equipment, including but not restricted to air brake systems, electrical systems, and full spectrum knowledge of undercarriage/body construction. He is also an expert in wayside signal operation, roadbed design, track and switch design, "Chemical Right to Know", and other OSHA required safety regulations.
