This expert is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer with over 30 years experience in civil and traffic engineering, land planning and project management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and is also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, The Urban Land Institute and The International Council of Shopping Centers.He is currently a Senior Associate of an engineering firm. He graduated from the City College of New York with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and maintains the distinction of Professional Engineer in both New York and New Jersey. He earned his BS at Athens University of Economics and Business before earning his MS and PhD in civil engineering at Purdue University.
