Nebraska hazardous waste expert witnesses assess the generation, handling, and disposal of regulated wastes across the state’s agricultural and manufacturing sectors. They often come from environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, chemistry, and compliance leadership in landfills, wastewater plants, and transport operations. In Nebraska, they apply NDEE rules and EPA RCRA standards. They evaluate release pathways, container management, manifests, remediation scope, and exposure risk.
