Florida fentanyl overdose expert witnesses are physicians, toxicologists, and addiction medicine clinicians who interpret overdose mechanisms, drug interactions, and standards of care. Many practice in Florida emergency departments and EMS systems, or teach at academic centers like UF Health. They assess naloxone response, postmortem toxicology, prescribing and diversion patterns, and treatment decisions in opioid-related fatalities.
