Indiana environmental protection expert witnesses assess environmental compliance and risk for industrial, municipal, and agricultural sites across the state. Many are environmental engineers, toxicologists, hydrogeologists, or former IDEM regulators familiar with Indiana’s manufacturing corridors and Lake Michigan watershed issues. They commonly evaluate groundwater and soil contamination, air emissions, hazardous waste handling, and remediation standards.
