He formerly served as an associate professor of electrical engineering at San Jose State University, as a senior staff engineer at Ford Aerospace & Communications Corporation, as an aerospace applications development manager at Ford Microelectronics, Inc., and as the vice president of resident and development at Cermetek Microelectronics, Inc. He is currently the president of a technical consulting firm.

This ivy-league trained electrical engineer has extensive hands-on experience in product architecture, system and circuit design, system integration, hardware and firmware development, intellectual property including patent development, and consulting. This Boston based expert earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in electrical engineering from Tufts University. He began his career in medical device design at Siemens Medical Systems, thereafter serving as the Director of Engineering for Aspect Medical Systems, the developer of the world's first anesthesia monitor, which is now in 90% of operating rooms worldwide, and has served at least 200 million patients.
