New Jersey building code expert witnesses analyze whether construction, renovation, and property maintenance comply with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code and local municipal enforcement practices. They often come from architecture, structural engineering, fire protection, and code inspection roles across dense urban and coastal environments. They evaluate code compliance, permitting, accessibility, fire safety, and defect causation.
