This expert has 15 years of surety bond underwriting experience for both contract and commercial bonds. He earned his BS in business from the University of North Texas and is a licensed insurance agent and an associate in fidelity and surety bonds. He previously served as a member of the surety industry task force for the City of San Antonio and as a program provider for the bonding technical assistance program apart of the Texas Department of Transportation. He is currently a bonding technical assistance provider for a state department of transportation and the owner of a surety insurance agency in Texas.

This expert has several years of property management experience, which includes 4 years of apartment management. For over 11 years he has also performed property safety inspections for major insurance companies. As a professional property manager, he holds the Master Property Manager designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He conducted workshops for their property managers both locally and nationally, and is the author of several Property management classes approved in Texas for continuing education, and the Texas Real Estate Commission has certified the expert as an instructor of property management classes. In addition to authored classes, he has had over 25 property management articles published.

This highly-qualified general and operation manager has 30 years of experience. He earned his AAS in business management from Champlain College and is certified in health, safety, and environmental training for landfill operations. He is also a certified machinery and equipment appraiser and certified equipment broker. Formerly, he held positions as the Texas landfill operations manager and assistant district manager at Browning-Ferris Industries, the general manager of Kelco Disposal, the operations vice president at US Liquids, and also the general manager of Sean Kelley Management, Southwaste Services, Inc., and CCS Midstream Services. Most recently, he was the Gulf Coast regional manager at Master Pumps & Power. He is currently the president of a machinery and equipment appraisals company based in Texas.
