Indiana biomechanical expert witnesses apply engineering and human factors principles to explain how forces act on the body in accidents and clinical settings. Many are mechanical engineers, ergonomists, or injury biomechanics researchers with ties to Purdue University or Indianapolis healthcare systems. Their Indiana work often reflects roadway and industrial injury patterns. They evaluate impact severity, occupant kinematics, fall mechanics, and injury causation.
