This expert received his AS in Science from Lincoln Trail College and is an Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionists. He has certifications in Bosch EDR, Level I Event Data Recorder Use in Traffic Crash Reconstruction, and is a Crash Reconstruction Specialist. He is an active member in the Illinois Association of Technical Accident Investigators and the Illinois Traffic Safety Leaders. Currently, he is a police officer and the Chief of Police at a police department in Illinois, as well as an owner and lead crash reconstruction investigator at a large accident reconstruction firm in Illinois.

This highly-qualified expert has extensive experience in the field of accident reconstruction. He received his BS in general resource management from the University of Wisconsin and has graduated from both the law enforcement recruit academy at Mid-State Technical College and the Wisconsin State Patrol Academy. He is certified in 13 law enforcement techniques and actively participates in specialized accident reconstruction trainings to stay up to date on the latest practices in the field. This expert is active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the International Association of Forensic & Security Metrology and the Midwest Association of Technical Accident Investigators. He has formerly served as a security guard for Shabbona Lake State Park and St. Michael's Hospital, a forest ranger for Northern Highland-American Legion State Forest, and a regional crash reconstruction specialist for the Wisconsin State Patrol Bureau of Field Services. Currently, this expert holds several positions within a state patrol bureau, including state trooper, law enforcement instructor, and accredited reconstruction specialist in the technical reconstruction unit. He has been listed in Who's Who in Engineering and Science. He has given expert witness testimony in Federal Courts, State Courts, Local Courts, Arbitration Hearings, and in depositions.

This qualified expert has over fifty years of experience in all aspects of the automotive industry. He received his AS in Business and Accounting from Mesa Community College and has completed further training in: the Ford Motor Company Night Course at Phoenix Union Technology, Automobile/ Automotive Mechanics Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute, Computer Vehicles and Fuel Injection from Rangs Training Center, Vision Training and AMI Management from the Automotive Service Association, and Transmissions from the Automatic Transmission Builders and Automatic Transmission Service Group. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician with L1 Advance Engine Performance, and has published an article in Transmission Digest about diagnosing shifting issues. Formerly, he was an owner technician at Auto Masters, the Lead Technician at Ark Automotive, and a diagnostician at Certified Transmission Independence. Currently, he is an instructor at a large automotive training company.
