New York asbestos expert witnesses assess exposure sources, fiber release, and disease causation across the state’s aging building stock and dense construction corridors. They often come from industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, pulmonary pathology, and environmental engineering, with experience in NYC high-rise renovations and former upstate manufacturing sites. They evaluate exposure history, air sampling data, asbestos abatement practices, and mesothelioma or asbestosis linkage.
