This expert has educational and professional experience in agricultural real estate and is considered a trusted professional in land economics and is eminently qualified to provide opinions concerning land economics and divisions of property. His educational and work experience uniquely qualifies him to provide such testimony for court cases. After receiving a B.S. and a M.S. in Agricultural Economics from Mississippi State University, he served 31 years with the MS Cooperative Extension. For 25 of those years, he was the County Agricultural Agent in Yazoo County, the state’s largest county which is a very diverse and significant producer of agricultural commodities. During his career he won numerous state and national awards for his efforts. He was recognized as a Certified General Appraiser by the state of Mississippi in 2005. Following his tenure with Kennard and Associates Appraisals, he began his own appraisal service business in 2008. He attained accreditation as an Accredited Rural Appraiser by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 2008. His services include consultation on land purchases and investments, inheritance division, sale of property, determining basis following death, valuing recreational tracts, crop land, custom farming, crop rents, conservation easements, property divisions and many other real estate needs. He has assisted in cases and served in court testimony in the division of agricultural properties up to 4,700 acres. Approximately half of his work involves assisting families with the division of property. He has written several articles for Delta Farm Press concerning land economics, death tax and problems with undivided interests. In addition to his appraisal and consulting business, he owns several hundred acres of crop and timber land.

This expert has been a property valuation and appraisal consultant since 1974. He has completed valuation and consulting assignments for federal, state and local governments and agencies, public and private companies, lending institutions, trust departments, and individuals. He is nationally recognized as an appraiser of large land tracts.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in KS and MO and a licensed Gneral Real Propert Appraiser in KS, MO, and CO. Additionally, he is an instructor for CLE appraisal and real estate classes in 7 states. He recently conducted a CLE course titled "Handling Eminent Domain Cases in Missouri and Kansas". He is currently the owner and principal appraiser at an appraisal consultancy based in Kansas City, MO.

This expert is a pilot, aircraft mechanic, inspector, and flight instructor with over 30 years of aviation technology experience. He holds a number of pilot, mechanic, and appraisal certifications. In his current aircraft inspection firm, he frequently performs Aircraft maintenance and conformity inspections, USPAP compliant aircraft appraisals, maintenance verification and conformity test flights, and digital data mining for engines and airframes. He also does appraisals for aircrafts.

This art appraisal expert has over 30 years experience in the fine arts. She earned her BA in art history with a concentration in modern and contemporary art from Texas Christian University and her MA in art history from California State University at Los Angeles. She is a certified appraiser and active in her field as a member of the Appraisers Association of America. Formerly, she served in a variety of museum-based roles including as the chief registrar at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, the exhibitions manager and registrar at the California Center for the Arts, the executive director and the chief curator of the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Foundation, and the director and CEO at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. Currently, this expert serves as a principal and proprietor for both a Missouri-based fine art appraisal consultancy and a national fine art appraisal consultancy.
