This qualified expert has over 40 years of experience in the field of property management. He earned his BA in history from Stanford University. He holds numerous certifications, which include OSHA construction site safety, property management, commercial investment, and forensic litigation consulting. He is a member of several real estate associations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. This expert began his career in property management as a licensee, investor, and property manager before becoming a real estate broker in the state of California. He also served as a partner for First Affiliated Finance Corporation, as well as the founder and general manager for CRE Property Management. Currently, he serves as a senior associate at an expert witness and consulting firm in California.

This expert is a highly trained and experienced commercial real estate practitioner with a wealth of practical knowledge gained over more than 34 years of operating, leasing, maintaining and overseeing millions of square feet of all types of commercial properties. He is a certified property manager and teaches courses for both the IREM and BOMA which layout proper protocols for safety standards.
