This expert has over 45 years of experience in the field of alcohol research, alcohol industry standards, and drinking behavior. He earned his BA in anthropology and forestry from the University of Montana before earning both his MA and PhD in cultural anthropology from SUNY Buffalo. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in biomedical research at the University of North Carolina Medical School and is a member of the New York State Council on Problem Gambling.
