Mississippi anesthesiology expert witnesses assess perioperative care and anesthesia safety across the state’s academic and community hospitals. Many are board-certified anesthesiologists with subspecialty experience in obstetric, pediatric, and cardiac anesthesia, pain medicine, and critical care, often tied to Jackson-based training and referral networks. They evaluate airway management, monitoring standards, dosing decisions, and postoperative complications.
