Florida ambulance expert witnesses assess EMS care and operations across the state’s busy 911 systems, from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to rural transport corridors. They often are paramedics, EMS medical directors, emergency physicians, or trauma nurses with experience in dispatch, ALS protocols, and interfacility transfers. They evaluate response times, triage, clinical decision-making, documentation, and transport safety.
