West Virginia Alzheimer's disease expert witnesses are neurologists, geriatric psychiatrists, and neuropsychologists who assess dementia progression, cognitive testing, and standards of care. Many practice through WVU Medicine or Charleston Area Medical Center, where rural access and caregiver support shape treatment decisions. They commonly evaluate diagnosis timing, medication management, capacity, and safety planning.
