Alabama ADHD expert witnesses provide clinically grounded opinions on diagnosis, treatment, and functional impairment across pediatric and adult populations. They often come from child and adolescent psychiatry, neuropsychology, developmental pediatrics, and school-based behavioral health. Many draw on practice experience with UAB Medicine and statewide rural access constraints. They evaluate standard of care, medication management, comorbidities, and educational accommodations.
