Physician Assistant Expert Witnesses in Ohio

This board-certified and fellowship-trained expert has over 20 years of experience as a family medicine physician. Previously elected as a Fellow for the Research Committee in the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, she has worked on several active and former research projects focusing on cultural competency of physicians. She previously served in positions for community centers, a correctional facility, and a Planned Parenthood clinic. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health as well as a Medical Staff Physician for a major university medical center.

This highly qualified expert received his BS and MS in mechanical engineering from Marquette University then went on to earn his DO from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in osteopathic family medicine at Firelands Regional Medical Center. This expert is board certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment by the American Board of Family Physicians and is licensed in the state of Ohio. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Previously, he was a contract physician at Ohio Veterans Home and a staff physician at Providence Care Center. Currently, he serves as a clinical assistant professor of family medicine at an Ohio osteopathic college and as a program director of the transitional year residency program at a non-for-profit Ohio hospital.

This highly qualified expert has extensive experience as a paramedic and emergency medicine physician assistant. He earned his AS in physician assistant studies at Cuyahoga Community College and his BS in psychology from Fort Hays State University before completing an MS in advanced physician assistant studies AT Still University. This expert is a licensed physician assistant and a certified EMT-paramedic. He is very active in his field as a member of multiple professional societies including the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
