She has also served as an assistant professor of radiology and pediatrics at Vanderbilt University, a clinical associate professor of radiology at the University of Missouri, and as a professor and the academic chair of radiology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is currently a clinical associate professor of radiology at a medical school in Kansas as well as a pediatric radiologist with a radiology group practice in Kansas.
